No call out charge for Emergency call outs between 9.00am and 6.00pm – you will be charged only for labour and parts

6pm – 10pm and 7am – 9am = £65.00 plus parts (£65 is charged for attendance even if you decide upon attendance not to proceed – this also covers the first 30 minutes labour), should it be anticipated that the job will take longer than 30 minutes then a further labour charge can be quoted / accepted before proceeding with the work

10pm – 7am = £100 plus parts (£100 is charged for attendance even if you decide upon attendance not to proceed – this also covers the first 30 minutes labour) should it be anticipated that the job will take longer than 30 minutes then a further labour charge can be quoted / accepted before proceeding with the work

All emergency call outs on a Sunday are subject to a £100 call out charge plus parts. The £100 covers the first 30 minutes of labour – if the job is expected to take longer than this a further labour charge can be quoted / accepted before proceeding with the work

Quotes will always be given and must be accepted before any work commences
For larger jobs a 65% deposit will be required before any parts are ordered
Payment to be made on the day of work completion unless previously agreed in writing
For any work completed on behalf of a Commercial business, an invoice can be issued if necessary which must be paid within 7 calendar days
Dates for fitting are subject to change should supplier delay delivery of any parts
Quotes can be provided in writing if required
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or debit / credit card
